Wild Rosella (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) 

Wild Rosella, is native to Northern Australia, often referred to as the “Botox” plant. Rosella can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, due to its natural source of AHAs, speeding up cell turnover, increase moisture and flexibility and encourage fresh, bright skin.  Hydrated skin will remain flexible and allow our protective barrier to remain intact. Rosella is rich in Vitamin C which is vital for collagen production and has a high mucilage content, which helps hydrate the skin by locking in moisture and is ideal for soothing dry, flaky and acne prone skin. Natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties combats damaging free radicals that cause premature ageing and contains Anthocyanosides that reduce the appearance of large pores. Rosella Seed Oil is also rich in protective antioxidants that helps to battle the effects of sun damage, pollution, and other environmental stressors.

Rosehip (Rosa Cannina)

Rosehip is the ultimate heart opener with it’s warming and strengthening energetics. This wondrous oil revitalises the skin, smooth and repair skin damage including fine lines and scarring. It is supercharged with vitamin A and C and is high in essential fatty acids that boost collagen and elastin production for firm, plump skin. Rosehip helps to balance, rejuvenate and moisturise most skin types, including sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly and deeply, feeding the skin with vital nutrients including vitamin E to speed up the healing process of scars, reducing redness & inflammation, and hydrating dry skin. 

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis)

Jojoba Oil is literally liquid gold, and works in harmony with the skin, mimicking naturally occurring sebum and balancing oil production without clogging pores. It is rich in nutrients such as Vitamin E and B, antioxidants and essential fatty acids that assist in skin elasticity, increases skin softness and repair damaged skin cells, reducing fine lines and premature ageing. It penetrates easily into the skin, and helps to seal moisture in and is well suited for all skin types; particularly being hypoallergenic, it is very gentle on sensitive skin and can reduce acne and breakouts. Our Jojoba Oil is grown is of the highest quality, a deep golden colour and grown right here in Australia using no chemicals and pesticides. It is not currently certified organic, but we prefer to support Australian farmers where possible.

Pomegranate Seed (Punica Granatum)

The oil is vitamin C rich and deeply penetrates, hydrates and revitalizes mature, dull, dry skin. High in ellagic acid, which helps keep our skin firm and elastic, smooth and even-toned, enhance collagen production and reduce inflammation. Also abundant in Punicic Acid, Pomoegrante Oil can reduce skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne. Pomegranate was given as a symbol of fertility and prosperity throughout Middle Eastern empires, and its oil was said to bestow longevity.

Did you know? It take 560 pomegranates to make a kilogram of pomegranate seed oil. That means there are approximately 2 whole organic pomegranates per bottle of Wild Rosella Oil.

Apricot Kernel Oil (Prunus Armeniaca)

Apricot Kernel Oil is a beautiful all-rounder oil that has a light feel on the skin and is deeply absorbs absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy and making it a lovely after sun care product to retain moisture. It is well suited to all skin types; particularly dry, sensitive and mature skin, rich in vitamin K, vitamin E, omega 6 and fatty acids to help firm, tone, fade wrinkles and hydrate the skin. Apricot Kernel Oil soothes inflamed, irritated, chapped and dry skin, and its anti-inflammatory properties and can help tone and balance the skin.

Carrot Seed (Daucus Carota)

Carrot Seed Oil is highly valued for its ability to brighten complexion, tone the skin, helping to keep it fresh and youthful looking with vitamins C, A, B1 and B2. This ancient elixir is commonly used to sooth inflammation, reduce redness, fine lines and wrinkles and has the ability to strengthen red blood cells and blood circulation. It provides a protective layer when in the sun, it has the highest SPF value of any other oil with its naturally occurring compound called umbelliferone. This compound absorbs UVB light and helps to synthesise your melanin production.
