The plain terms

Welcome to Vali. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, written to be read, not to hide behind.

Our products Vali makes bio-active herbal skincare. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, they aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Skin is personal: patch test before first full use, and if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a skin condition, check with your health professional first. Ingredient lists are on every product page; please read them if you have allergies.

Orders and payment Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Small-batch making means stock is genuinely limited, if something sells out after you order, we'll refund you in full and tell you when the next batch is due.

Natural variation Colour, scent and texture may vary between batches. This is the nature of working with real plants and seasons, and part of what makes each bottle its own.

Your account and conduct Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Please don't misuse the site, scrape it, or use our words and images without asking, the writing and photography here are ours (or used with permission) and carry the brand.

Liability To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
