Shipping Policy

From the makery to your door

Because everything is made in small batches, orders leave the makery within 1-3 business days. 

Within Australia

• Standard: $10, or free over $99

• Express: $15 or free over $149

• Typical delivery: 3–10 business days depending on where you are

International
We currently ship to Australia only. We don't yet ship internationally, however you can subscribe to our email list and and we'll tell you when that changes.

Tracking Every order is tracked. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.

If something goes astray Parcels occasionally wander. If yours hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email hello@valifloralmakery.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Heat and travel Botanical oils prefer the shade. In warmer months we pack accordingly / may hold dispatch briefly during extreme heat so your order arrives as it left us.
