What you share with us stays between us. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and why.

What we collect When you place an order or join our list, we collect what's needed to serve you: your name, email, delivery address, phone number and payment details (processed securely by Shopify, we never see your card number). If you browse the site, standard analytics tell us which pages are visited so we can make things work better.

How we use it To make and send your order, to answer your messages, and only if you've said yes, to write to you about new batches, harvests and what's stirring in the makery. Nothing more.

Who we share it with Only the hands that help us run: Shopify (our store), Omnisend (our letters), our payment providers and our postal carriers. We never sell or trade your information.

Your choices Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to hello@valifloralmakery.com and we'll take care of it.

Cookies Our site uses cookies to keep your cart together and to understand how the site is used. You can manage these through your browser or our consent settings.

We handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. If anything here is unclear, ask us - a real person reads every message.
